I single-handedly produce and present a weekly live radio show about the Eurovision Song Contest.

Previously, I produced and presented a Eurovision radio show for the media society at the University of Liverpool.

I was also a Eurovision blogger for many years prior to and during my university degree.

Dr Barbara Barreiro Leon is a Lecturer in Visual Culture at the University of Aberdeen where she teaches and researches Eurovision. The focus of her work is on the representation of cultural and national identity through the Eurovision Song Contest. She kindly agreed to speak to me on my Eurovision radio show about her Eurovision research, and also her thoughts on the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest.
